Congruence

Knowing yourself and what you believe^[1], every one of your thoughts and actions will bring you closer or take you away from your objectives and values.

Understanding the broad dynamics of society^[2] and the world around you, and knowing yourself, you are then able to choose congruence at every moment.  To be sure, mistakes are inevitable - our understanding is imperfect.  But more often than not, you will get closer to your objectives and values. 

You have an impact as a voter, as a consumer, as a citizen, as a parent, as a neighbour, as a friend, as a boss, as a subordinate.

Often it may seem to you that your influence is negligible, but if most of your thoughts and actions are aligned and congruent your influence will be much greater than you can imagine.

Through congruence your integrity and sense of purpose will become evident and contagious.  It will spread and multiply.  You will be unstoppable.
